The following terms set out how we handle orders and customer requests.
Where we ship
We currently ship only to valid addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free for every eligible order; there is no minimum purchase requirement.
Timing
Orders normally require 1–2 business days for handling before shipment. Standard transit normally takes 4–6 business days after the carrier accepts the package. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, and remote destinations may affect timing.
Tracking
When the order ships, we send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Carrier scans can take time to appear.
Address changes
Review the shipping address carefully. Contact us before fulfillment if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or shipment.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows an unusual delay, damage, or delivery that you cannot locate, contact us with the order number so we can review the carrier information.
